制备方法

This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) (strain SL-CK1) E2 / Envelope 2 (Catalog#40440-V08B; ADG95913.1; Ser326-Gln666). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
