A DNA sequence encoding the human IL2RB
(P14784-1)(Met1-Asp239) was fused with a flag tag at the C-terminus,
constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the human IL2RG
(P31785-1) (Met1-Asn254) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the
C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were
co-expressed and the IL2RB & IL2RG heterodimer was purified.
